Help for Flip 54

Questions, bug reports, or ideas? Email zach.w.campbell@gmail.com and include your iPhone model and iOS version. I read everything.

How it works

Each suit maps to a body target: hearts are lower body, spades are upper body, clubs are total body, and diamonds are core. A card's number is your rep count, face cards are 10 reps, aces are timed holds, and the joker is jumping jacks. Reps scale with the difficulty you pick (Beginner, Standard, Advanced). The in-app Quick Reference (Settings) lists every card value.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need equipment?

No. Bodyweight is always on. In Settings you can add weights or a pull-up bar to widen the exercise pool, and turn off any exercise you don't want.

Can I stop a workout partway?

Yes. Use End Early to finish what you've done so far, or just leave the app: an unfinished workout can be resumed the next time you open it.

The screen turned off during a workout.

Flip 54 keeps your screen awake during an active workout. If it still dims, check that Low Power Mode and Auto-Lock settings aren't overriding it, and update to the latest version.

Where is my history stored? Will I lose it?

Workout history is stored only on your iPhone. It is included in your normal device backups, but there is no account or cloud sync. If you delete the app without a backup, the history is gone.

I don't hear sounds or feel vibration.

Check Settings → Sound Effects and Haptic Feedback inside Flip 54, then your iPhone's silent switch and volume.
